Super great, would do it again!

Great location, Anthony at the front desk was a pleasure and super helpful with recommendations. Cleaning person did a great job, and the bathroom was splendid.

A Budget Hotel for the Best of Batignolles

Hotel Le Trente has an excellent location. Batignolles is a wonderful, walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops right around the hotel on Rue Le Mercier and its side streets. Bus stops and the metro stops for the 13 and 14 are an easy walk (don't miss the beautiful park across from Pont Cardinet station). As for the staff, they were friendly and helpful any time I approached them. The room had a nice remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower and the towels were in good condition. I also enjoyed the view of the street and nearby buildings from my window, as well as the good natural light.

This hotel could benefit a lot from some minor upgrades, namely the carpets. The carpeting in my room and hallway had massive stains all over it. Also, the pillows were very thin and the hair dryer clunky (you have to hold down a button the entire time or it turns off).

Frindly, clean, great area!

Excellent area close to nice restaurants and walking distance to Montmartre, Opera and even the Eiffel Tower for flavours. The hotel is at the end of a one way street so it's very quiet and the area is safe. We had a room on the topfloor with a view over the Parisian roods and chimneys. My 13-yo was very happy about this. There is an elevator which was good for my 78-year old mom. We came by train, and there is a bus all the way from Gare de l'est and Gare du nord to the hotel that goes through Montmartre -- perfect sightseeing on the way. There is also a Metro close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's staffed 24/7 if you come back late. Very clean.. Very comfortable beds, though there was a bit of a scarcity when it came to power sockets for charging our phones etc. There was also a mini fridge for cooling water bottles (and in our case, French cheese). Notice: the restaurants in the vicinity close around 21.00 / 9 PM, so it's not a place for late dining. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, there are plenty of nice cafés around Place de Batingol. I will stay here on my next visit.

I like this hotel for a short stay. 7/10

Nice location, not far away from metro Brochant line 13 and Montmartre. Has a few restaurants and bakeries around. As well close to flea market (Saint Ouen sur Seine le 18) but honestly it’s just a waste of time, unless you have a lot of free time. Overall, hotel is okay, good location, receptionist is fine. Didn’t try breakfast. You can drink tap water there it’s safe as Parisians claim. Interior is fine.

My main disappointment is the maid. She was kinda rude, pushing to leave the room sooner as if I begged her to come. Not a lot of toiletries, but that’s okay you can ask for more. And when unfortunately I got a little blood on my sheets, the cleaning lady didn’t change them, but put the stain to lower part of the sheet on the bed.

A solid 6/10 Paris hotel - cheap, well located but with no frills or comforts.

Staff friendly and location is very good, convenient for metro and RER train, and in a very nice neighbourhood. Breakfast was quite good for France.

Hotel is quite dirty, the carpets throughout look like a murder scene and the rooms are tired. The bedding is clean but worn and the pillows are like someone has stuffed a pillowcase with old socks.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel since we wanted to experience the french way to just sit outside and watch the French way of living. This was amazing since the hotel is located in an area where most of the people are locals.

The hotel is charming and located on a quiet street, which is fantastic. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro.

The pillows could have been more comfortable, but in general, the accommodation is suitable for the price.

Wonderful

Beautiful room, super fast wifi, super comfortable and clean. I was able to walk with my rollie bag from the metro (Place de Clichy) in about 10 minutes.
