Pleasant

We received a very friendly welcome by the host. The room itself was very clean.

The room looked quite dated, definitly the shower could do with an update. The windows were also quite old/dirty. There's a bar nextdoor that get's very noisy on saturday evening! The bed wasn't that good.

Dass man mich nicht informiert hatte, dass ich einen Code brauche, um in das Gebäude kommen zu können. Das wurde in Booking.com als Hotel beworben. Aber es war eine Art Apartement-Vermietung. Es gab keine Rezeption.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Restaurants und Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Kaffeeautomat zur freien kostenlosen Verfügung vorhanden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss unglücklicherweise direkt beim Kaffeeautomaten. Wenn die Monteure morgens losziehen wird es dadurch laut. Außerdem war direkt vor unserem Fenster der Raucherbereich, also musste man bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Wir waren für zwei Nächte auf der Durchreise dort und dafür war es okay.

Für eine Übernachtung war es ok

Die Lage, Gaststätten und ein Café waren in 2 min zu erreichen. Bei Problemen ist telefonisch ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter zu erreichen. Problem war in kurzer Zeit behoben.

Das wecken durch die Kirchenglocken morgens um 8 Uhr. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Man musste telefonieren. Kein Frühstück möglich. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An einem Bett war ein Wasserfleck an der Stoffumrandung. Sieht nicht schön aus. Im Treppenhaus macht sich ein muffiger Gerich breit.

Zum Übernachten vollkommen ausreichend. Der kostenlose Kaffeeautomat im Eingang.

Die Matratze/der Topper müsste mal getauscht werden. War schon recht durchgelegen,sodass man nach links bzw rechts fast aus dem Bett gerollt ist.😁

Für meine Bedürfnisse war die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend.

Frühstück gehörte nicht zum Angebot. Die Lage war ruhig, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren füßläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze waren kostenlos vor dem Haus vorhanden.

Morgens ab 6:00 Uhr hörte man mehrfach das Zuschlagen der Haustür. Die Unterkunft wurde wohl hauptsächlich von Monteuren genutzt, die früh raus mussten. Auch sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn, die man hören konnte, habe ich als störend empfunden.

Sehr schöne, unkomplizierte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip.

Die Ausstattung mit einem Kühlschrank war sehr positiv für und, Kaffee gab es kostenfrei und ohne Limit. Es sind ausreichend Steckdosen vorhanden.

Die Dusche war etwas eng und das Fernsehprogramm eingeschränkt.

Die Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz. Guter Italiener direkt in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation.

Es ist eine sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft auf alter einfachstem Niveau. Ohne jeden Standard wie Wasserkocher etc. Die Kommunikation von Booking kann nerven

Für eine Unterkunft rein zum Übernachten ohne weitere Leistungen einverstanden.

Die Unterkunft ist vollständig automatisiert. Personal ist nicht vor Ort, kann aber angerufen werden. Frühstück ist nicht vorgesehen, schräg gegenüber liegt eine Bäckerei mit akzeptablen Frühstückspreisen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr gut.

Das Fehlen jeglichen Personals war zu Beginn gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einmal mit dem System vertraut, war es ok.
