Tonusi Luxe Hotel in the Historic City Center

The owner is really nice, the views are pretty, the room was spotless, you can pay with a credit card and beds are comfy... basically all you need. In our case they even offered us an early check in which was lovely from them. I would definitely stay there again.

Probably a couple of communication issues like unanswered WhatsApp messages.

I stayed here with family in first week of May, 2025. It is a very clean and nice apartment. But, since it is an apartment, there is no backup for facilities like hotwater or even water itself. First day everything was fine. Second day there was no hot water and the host said it is a global problem. Third day there was no water itself due to another global problem. But the owner arranged few cans of water in the morning. Host is helpful. Metro is just at walkable distance.

a peculiar stench at times in the bathroom

Location was ok .. need English speaking staffs. I arranged Airport pickup from that’s. It was worst! They came with one small car and taken my luggage and family , leaving me alone in the airport without staying anything to me. It was shocking to me !.Then I had to take another taxi from airport and reach the hotel and had to pay 3 times the original taxi charge. Room was ok, clean , have basic facilities. It was actually an apartment made to hotel!
