Great view! Excellent kitchen equipment Jacuzzi!

Dirty garden furniture outside. No trash bags. Two rooms were walk-through with a shared toilet, because. there were adult married couples, this caused discomfort. The furniture in the living room is very "tired".

As the property doesn't have much ratings I will go into more details: It was easy to reach and communicate with the hosts. When we arrived we have been taken around by the local manager who was nicely explaining the features of the house. The property is just great! There are seven rooms fully equipped, 2 of them has their own bathrooms, 4 of them are sharing on 2 bathrooms and there is one extra bathroom on the ground floor. This is a perfect setup for any families or group of friends. It's great to have a private parking place, where we could place 3 cars without any issues. The house is huge, so is the garden. There is plenty of place to play games. The jacuzzi in the garden is excellent for fun! All rooms are looking to the Balaton, so you don't have to worry about missing the great view. :) Also there are plenty of good restaurants around.

However we fully enjoyed our stay at the property, I have some recommendations for the owners: - we have been told that the property has been cleaned just before we arrived. The place looked good, but we found some big spider nets in the rooms, and some of the bed sheets did not look fully cleaned. Probably checking more the cleaners will help. - the house is in a good condition generally speaking, but if there would be some renovations on the property (e.g. adding air conditioning to all bedrooms, fixing some minor issues like the water bike is not working) it would go on a higher price.
