Beautiful accommodation, very spacious & completely wheelchair friendly! Sited on a lovely family park with great amenities.

2 bed caravan, sleeps 6. Fully wheelchair adapted with decking, double glazing & central heating. Opal rated.

Kitchen with full size oven/hob with extractor over, microwave & under counter fridge.

Lounge with TV/DVD player, Freeview, basic Sky TV package, electric fire, double sofa bed & dining area.

Bed 2: Two single beds

Spacious wheelchair adapted wet room with shower & toilet/wash basin.

Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown.

The caravan was basic but was good for what we paid.would be ideal for someone whose disabled to have a break.the wide doors and the shower room n the ramp into the van.it could do with a little modernising in some places.all the basics were there.

Mattress, in the main bedroom. Was disgusting got in contact with someone and got it sorted Thanks to the lady who cleans the caravans Went to b/m AndGot us a mattress , topper and a new mattress covershe wa a very big help. Some of the furniture could do with repairing cooker would not light on its own. I'd to have a match to light the gas on the cooker. Outside furniture could do with renewing. And the shower was dripping water all the time Thanks Christine

Noy the cleanest there is a mop and bucket in the vathroom that smells bery badly the shower tray was really dirty and rusty i had to clean it before my brother in law could use it lots of rats around the property too which was off putting came up to the door and lookex inside every day

The caravan itself on the outside looked dirty. As we opened the door the first thing that we noticed was the smell. It smelt musty and mouldy. The carpets were filthy, the sofa had stains all over and smelt horrible and the shower was mouldy and unclean. Im not sure what the cleaners do when they go in but its certainly not to clean.I would not stay in this caravan again

This caravan was cleaned well for when we arrived, very spacious inside, good size beds in 2nd bedroom and lots of room in main bedroom, we didn't use the wheelchair inside the caravan but lots of room for it if you need to, i would book this again

Great location in Southview Park, 2 minutes from the Pub area, 2 mins from Ents complex, really private plot, and great for afternoon sunshine! main bedroom really large with comfortable bed, ample room for just the 2 of us. Had there been 4 of us, think the lounge is a bit small, with only a 2-seater and an armchair, so someone would have to sit at the table! Wasn't particularly clean when we check in, as if the hoovering had gone out the window, and toilet left a bit to be desired, but once contacted, the cleaning team were straight out to rectify it. Good service, and we would definitely come back

Lovely van but getting on a bit. Blinds in bedroom need replacing as broken. Shower floor very stained had to bleach it to remove orange residue caused by only one drainage hole working properly. However, we would go again but armed with my bleach spray!

We took 2 elderly relatives and our grandaughter for a short stay. The disabled access was good and the caravan easy to access. It was the end of the season so a few minor issues that hopefully will be resolved, shower hose needs replacing, curtail pole needs securing, chairs a bit rickety. That said had a great time and for the price had a great stay.

Took my disabled mother. Caravan was lovely and clean and well adapted for wheelchairs. Very well equipped. Lovely ramp and outdoor seating on veranda. Location was fantastic with parking next to caravan. Southview is a beautuful park and immaculately kept. We had a small issue with the fridge and housekeeping came straight out and fixed it by lovely friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. Thankyou to all the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff all over the site

Site and accommodation was nice could benefit with an update ..few blinds tatty smell of smoke strong when you go in from outside ..mattress on sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, only get hot water when heating was on ..was bit dusty and cobwebs about ...passes are quite expensive for what you get was limited time for swim sessions and not a lot going on in club house with entertainment. We never got to go swimming as only late sessions and no kids activities going on .

Lovely caravan and loads of places on site for him, Shame about the recent circumstances with covid so I couldn't let him run around when we went into the facilities because of social distancing but overall we loved it. Would happily come again. Most likely when the Covid is the past so my son could get the full caravan holiday experience
