    no hot water for 3 days refused to change our room as they have over booked,cold water wasn’t even working some days was so bad would not recommend,tried to say it was the whole off montechoro with no water when everyone’s else’s room had working cold water and hot water refusing to give us refund or any compensation trying to tell us to get ahold off the company we booked with and the company cannot even get ahold off the hotel to try and get any compensation

    The entire building needs refurbishment. Very old and out outdated! No hot water for two consecutive nights and cannot have a shower! Big shout out for Carlos at Reception! Very helpful and informative. He is a great asset to this business.

    Facilities are basic but cleaned .the top inside edge of the pool need to be retiled.rubish everywhere specially in basement.receptionist very professional and friendly.bathrpoom need upgrading.
