I only stayed at Mansfield Apartments for two nights, but it was a really pleasant and hassle-free experience. Checking in was smooth—the instructions we received were clear and concise, which made arrival easy.
The apartment itself was very clean, quiet, and in a great location. We had quick access to the IGA store and several nearby restaurants, which was super convenient.
Monnie, the owner, was lovely. She checked in with us on our second day to see if we needed anything, and gave us a heads-up about some work being done in the unit next door—just in case there was a bit of noise. She even offered us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.
There’s also ample secure parking on-site, which made things even more convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed place to stay. Highly recommended!

Monnie was wonderful and we felt at home right from the start... the chocolates were a lovely touch!
The apartment was a great base for us as part of our adventure to the snow. Great location being walking distance to restaurants, shops, pubs and Mt Buller Bus terminal.

The owner of the property was super helpful and attentive to our Checkin promptly which I had issue with the app’s messaging. She did it on the stop with details via phone call ensure I am able to already get into the premise. Upon entering the room, it was very very clean, the owner also prepare hot chocolate and lots of variation of coffee option with sweets and chocolate. It’s also very near to restaurant and groceries which make this place very convenient. Will sure come back again
