Superb

We really liked the place and enjoyed our stay in there. The location, view and hospitality are top notch. The fact that there's no washing machine isn't a big deal as the local laundry service is only 10min walk away. The terrace is super cool and it allows you to enjoy the view and the host are no fuss no nonsense, very accommodating people who don't only care for their guests and their comfort, but also for their privacy. I'd definetely stay there again!

The only two things we didn't love are the metal stairs to the bedroom as they can get very slippery and loud to walk on and the two steps that go along the kitchen as they are too easy to trip over.

The Aosta Valley is one of the most special places I have ever been to!

Aplinetouch is a fantastic apartment located in a family home, 10 minutes walk up the hill from the city center of Aosta. It contains everything you need to have a comfortable stay in Aosta Valley. A complete kitchen, a king size bed and 2 single beds are perfect for a family of 4. There is a great private terrace with a table and sitting chairs - the views are spectacular! The hosts who live in the attached house were very welcoming and responsive. The city of Aosta is just magical, the castles are unbelievable, the pristine alpine scenery indescribable, and the culinary specialties of the region were a welcome surprise. What a spot!!!

The apartment had everything we needed. The only item I would suggest is a fan to move air around upstairs as it was warm when we were there. We left the doors open for fresh air and this solved the problem. Getting into the private parking space is a bit of a challenge as it requires a maneuver to get in, but nothing more difficult than other spots in Italy.

A very positive experience.

This stylish and cleverly designed apartment was perfect for us for our 4 day stay in Aosta and as a base for skiing in Pila and Cervinia. It was very well equipped and of high quality. Corrado was an excellent host who told us everything we needed to know and was available if necessary.

Very good option for Aosta

The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown Aosta as advertised. The terrace was splendid, and we had most of our dinners there. The mountain views were pretty as well. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay. We choose Aosta as a central location to explore Valle d'Aosta. Still, if we ever return in the summer, we would go to a place in the Valley with a higher altitude, so temperatures are cooler.

Somebody told us that Aosta is hot in summer, and it was indeed. The apartment had two stories, the one on the bottom was a bit cooler, but upstairs was an oven. Unfortunately, not even a fan was provided, so we had to buy one.

Close to the city, nice view from the veranda, well equipped, parking lot directly in front of the door.

It would have been nice to know before how many steps there are in the apartment (especially with a baby that is learning to walk). There are not only the stairs to connect the two floors but also in the living room/kitchen area and the bathroom.

Siamo stati in questa struttura ad Aosta e, onestamente, l'unico elemento che salva il soggiorno è la vista spettacolare che si gode dalla struttura, che da sola giustifica a malapena il costo. Purtroppo, tutto il resto è stato un vero disastro sotto ogni punto di vista. Problemi principali riscontrati: Necessità di Ristrutturazione Urgente: È evidente che l'appartamento necessita di una seria e completa ristrutturazione. Molti elementi sono datati o fatiscenti. Igiene e Pulizia Gravissime: L'appartamento è risultato significativamente sporco al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo trovato spazzatura lasciata dai precedenti ospiti e, per aggravare la situazione, le posate erano sporche o addirittura arrugginite, il che è inaccettabile. Danni Strutturali: Abbiamo notato che le finestre erano rotte, rendendo la gestione della temperatura e della sicurezza precaria. Servizi Mancanti: Ci era stato promesso un ventilatore, ma questo non era presente. Privacy Inesistente: La mancanza di una tenda in bagno ha creato un serio problema di privacy per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Parcheggio: Il parcheggio annesso alla proprietà è estremamente scomodo da usare, complicando gli spostamenti. Servizio/Proprietario: L'interazione con il proprietario è stata caratterizzata da scortesia e atteggiamento sgarbato, il che ha peggiorato l'esperienza complessiva. Gestione del Reclamo: A causa di tutti i disagi elencati (ristrutturazione necessaria, pulizia gravemente insufficiente, finestre rotte, servizi mancanti, ecc.), abbiamo richiesto un rimborso parziale del soggiorno. Tale richiesta è stata categoricamente rifiutata dal proprietario. In conclusione: Sebbene la posizione e la vista siano di livello eccezionale, lo stato generale della struttura, i problemi igienico-sanitari, i danni, la scortesia del proprietario e il rifiuto di un risarcimento equo rendono il prezzo richiesto ingiustificato.

Perfetta per un weekend lungo ad Aosta

Casa carina e grande, con una bella vista sulle montagne. Perfetta per una coppia e a poca distanza a piedi dal centro. Letto comodo, biancheria pulita. Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto il proprietario, Corrado, è stato molto disponibile visto un problema con il lavandino ed è intervenuto subito.

Purtroppo il parcheggio è un po’ scomodo per chi ha una macchina lunga e bassa, dato che anche la via è stretta. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con le manovre e alla fine abbiamo optato per il parcheggio coperto dell’ospedale, che si trova a 5 min a piedi. Tutto sommato non è stato un problema.
