Sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge ganz fantastisch, und obwohl neben dem Haus die vielbefahrene Straße zum St. Bernadopass hoch geht hörte man dort kaum den Verkehrslärm.
Das Geschirr wird hoffentlich noch aufgewertet, aktuell hat man die Wahl zwischen Plastik oder Pressglastellern.

L'appartamento è molto bello, tutto nuovissimo, e funzionale, letti comodissimi, doccia enorme (da prevedere però una tenda altrimenti l'acqua rischia di bagnare il pavimento del bagno). Stupendo il terrazzo al piano superiore, l'avremmo sfruttato molto di più se fosse stato meno caldo. Angelo e' disponibilissimo, ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta immediatamente. Comodissimi i codici di accesso perché non hai l'impiccio delle chiavi. Comodissimo il posto auto sotto casa
Mancanza della lavatrice, delle indicazioni sulla raccolta differenziata. Un po' penalizzante l'affaccio su strada abbastanza trafficata.

La posizione era comoda facilmente raggiungibile, appartamento nuovissimo arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i confort, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile
Forse metterei una tenda zona divano lato scala che porta alla terrazza, il muro vicino al piano cottura avrebbe bisogno di un para schizzi
