Wonderful, friendly staff - especially Roberta :) Delicious, fresh breakfasts. Great toiletries in bathroom.

In a room was a little bad smell. But only for me, my husband said that it was nomal.

Great location and a very nice room. Both the room and common areas were very attractive. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Great breakfast. Close to everything in the city but a quiet location plus very well insulated windows (grat for sleeping.) Hope to stay here again!

location, decor, amenities, a nice breakfast. very congenial host/manager, eager to assist w/reservations.
there is no person on-site full time to assist guests when the unexpected happens. We were locked out of our room due to magnetic key entry failure for 3-4 hrs at night, plus stuck in the elevator for 15 min. the following day before we forced the door open! Both unusual, first time occurrences in many decades of international travel.
