    I‘m not talking about the man working at the counter. But the older man who sleeps in the garage downstairs. He doesn’t speak a word of English, which isn’t a problem by itself but then asks you 1000 questions and gets angry when you don’t understand him because you don’t speak perfect Thai. I will not be visiting again.

    I stayed here just to avoid Songkran further South, and it did the job. Despite the intense heat, everything was fine. Not many monkeys these days.

    Wifi doesn't work, sheets dirty, no refrigerator, no elevator

    While being still OK, the hotel is getting old, and it's starting to show : TV does not work, faucets and shower need to be fixed, bathroom could be cleaner, no elevator, etc.. Nice for a couple of days, if your onterest is for historical ruins and not romantic stays...
