Apartament zlokalizowany na stoku, z łatwym dojazdem na nartach. Wyposażony w indywidualne narciarskie dla każdego apartamentu. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Apartament przestronny.
Zimą trudno dostać się do miasteczka, nie da się dojechać pod apartament samochodem- kursuje transport skuterami śnieżnymi (co też jest atrakcją) lub jeepem 4x4.

Lag wirklich nah am Skihang, Küche war gut ausgestattet bis auf eine Backenofen und einer Kaffeemaschine war alles da.
Durch die Nähe zum Skihang, war die Hütte sehr abgelegen und bei Schnee mit dem PKW nicht erreichbar. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist fußläufig 30-40 Minuten entfernt.
