The space

One bedroom contains a brand new premium queen size bed. The other contains 2 brand new premium twins that can be placed together to form another queen. The living room has room for an air mattress if additional sleeping area is needed. There is a garage spot available if you would like to park you boat or car overnight.

New carpet, paint & flooring throughout. The trim, doors, kitchen cabinets and bathroom were all updated with knotty pine for a relaxing north woods look and feel.

Your main level condo overlooks Big Yellow Lake. You are just steps from the water of Big & Little Yellow Lakes as the bridge that separates them is adjacent to the property. A boat access for Big Yellow Lake is only steps away. While any size of boat can access Big Yellow Lake, fishing boats and low profile craft can also access Little Yellow Lake and the Yellow River by passing under the bridge. Several docks are available for use on a first come basis for those staying in the condos on Big Yellow Lake as well as Little Yellow Lake.

The property also has shared access to picnic tables, a grill, fire pit and fish cleaning house.

This is a four season property with heat and air conditioning access.

Enjoy restaurant and bar service just steps across the parking lot at the Yellow Lake Lodge Restaurant & Bar. This establishment is well known locally for its quality food and drinks and is open 7 days a week year round.

I fell in love with the area a few years ago with the variety of activities to do in the area. Everything from golfing, casino, snowmobiling and of course, Yellow Lake is the THE PREMIER lake in the county for fishing & recreation. At 2830 acres it is by far the largest lake in Burnett County and since the Yellow River flows through Big Yellow Lake, the fishing is abundant with everything from sturgeon to muskie to walleye to pan fish available.

The position of Yellow Lake Condo #3 is perfect! You have access to both Big Yellow Lake and Little Yellow Lake. Both lakes have dock slips that condo renters can access for no additional charge on a first come first served basis. The Big Yellow Lake boat landing access is only steps away from the condo facility.
