The perfect place for my birthday celebrations! There were 12 of us and there was plenty of space for us all to socialise and enjoy food and drinks. The pool was fabulous, very clean and perfect for a social or serious swim!
There are a lot of walkers coming literally past your window. It actually didn’t bother us at all, but it may bother some if they are not aware. We didn’t appreciate how close and how popular the walk is! The walls are quite thin if you don’t hire both cottages you may hear what’s going on next door! Again, perfect for us as we were a large group and hired both.

5 minute drive to Hope, and easy access to other nearby villages. We had sunday lunch at the Old Hall Hotel in Hope, it was fabulous, highly recommend also! And the The Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese Inn where we had lunch.
Sophie very responsive and answered all questions.
Photos are accurate to advertisement, although living areas have been swapped round but it works so much better!

We stayed at the Ash and Birch cottages that are joined. It was perfect for our family. It’s so hard to find somewhere big enough but it was perfect. Each child had their own room, and we had enough space too. The kitchens were well equipped and the lounge was perfect for our family gatherings. The pool was an added bonus for the young ones…perfect, private and warm. The communication was great, even on the day it snowed they informed us that they would clear the path to ensure our safety.
The location was amazing! One of our party is an avid hiker and was out walking all the time, the rest of us did more moderate walks. The scenery is stunning!

Out side area good. Pool area very nice

When arrive. Walked dog poo into cottage. It
smelled very dirty. Bedroom found a used beer can in draw. So not cleaned good. Too much stuff in in kitchen cupboards no room for our food. Only 1 bathroom to 8 x persons?
Pool need to be warmer.
Indian meal thats recommended Don't go there not good at all.
