The rental price is for two people, additional guests will be charged a supplement.   L'Angolo is a two storey apartment of 45 sqm for up to four people. On the ground floor are a small hall, the living room with dining area, a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, upstairs a bedroom with double bed. The apartment has an outdoor seating area. Furnishing and equipment are high quality and generous. There are u. a. Satellite TV with international channels, stereo system, internet, heating and air conditioning. A washing machine is centrally available. L'Angolo lies in a southerly direction with lots of sun. The apartment is for the disabled or Wheelchair accessible.   La Torre (the tower) has the entrance in the courtyard, which also forms a spacious terrace. The apartment is 43 square meters, here can live up to four people. There are three levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area. A short staircase leads to the small living room next door with a double sofa bed. Half a floor higher are the bedroom with double bed and the bathroom. On the garden side you have a view of a wonderful Tuscan panorama. Furnishing and equipment are high quality and generous. There are u. a. Satellite TV with international channels, stereo system, internet, heating and air conditioning. A washing machine is centrally available.

Podere Cortilla is a Tuscan winery, an old country house, located on a hillside near the old Etruscan town Volterra in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany. In the country house there are five apartments with a total of about 20 beds. The property includes more than 20 hectares of land with forests, meadows, fields, vineyards and olive groves. Podere Cortilla is an azienda agrituristica, this is a farm in which apartments are also rented. Here you get natural wine and the best olive oil from our own production - directly in the fattoria. Podere Cortilla was lovingly restored in several years of work, the rustic medieval building fabric combined with today's possible comfort. All apartments are spacious and comfortably furnished in Tuscan style. They are located in separate parts of the building with their own entrances, so that you live undisturbed. A highlight for all guests is the beautifully located large pool (14m x 7m) with modern salt water system instead of chlorine. A central BBQ area is ideal for summer outdoor dining. There is a powerful solar system for its own power supply on the spacious carport, also the hot water preparation is done with solar energy.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
