The location and the room itself were really good—we could reach everything by walking or riding a bike. Shopping centers were nearby, and the facility had great privacy from the street, even though it's almost in the middle of the city. Also, there's a nice kitchen with all the appliances you might need for general use, so if you forget a cup, a plate, or wine glasses, you can find everything there.

The unstable table in the room made meal preparation a bit challenging.

The location is wonderful.

The bed was equipped with an old broken mattress which was so uncomfortable that we regretted our choice of stay the very next morning. Also the owen in the shared kitchen was so dirty that when we baked a pizza it looked like something was burning. If you want to park on the property ground, you have to be prepared that you cannot use your car anymore without bothering other guests to re-park their car in a single column again.
