Property was a great size, had everything you needed and for 2 couples was perfect as you had your own space with both rooms having en-suite. Was clean and the communication from Tobias was really good. The area was well kept and the pool area was nice as well as having gated security.
The property is tired and in need of modernisation. Is a bit of a distance from most things and too hot to walk to local amenities (Aventura mall).

Nice location, great pool area and a good size for 4 adults.
It was clean and stocked etc , this was very comfortable accommodation.
A bit more maintenance would heighten the experience - one shower system was leaking quite badly. Also description said a sofa bed in living area but just a normal sofa was found.
No safe in use in the room.
