About this apartment rental
Please make sure to understand that this unit is only available for a TOTAL stay of six months. Not less than that.
Six months plus security deposit shall be paid at the begining of the lease.
If that is not possible, we can divide the payments in two as follows.
Three months and security deposit at the beginning of the lease and the remaining will be all due at the end of the second month of lease.
It is located in Miami, minutes away from the Aventura Mall ( one of the most prestigious malls in the area) and five minutes drive to the beach.
The view to the lake and the Turnberry Gold is stunning and the amenities of the building are perfect for a relaxing time during the cold season up North.
The list of amenities is as follows :
Big and beautiful pool and jacuzzi ( just renovated) , overlooking the canal.
Pool towels are provided when you arrive to the pool are and table with umbrella will also be provided.
Tennis
Sauna
State of the art Gym ( just renovated)
Card room
Party room
And the location offers a great walk around Turnberry golf club.
If you have a pet, there will be a separate security deposit .
The association asks for a mandatory security deposit of $1.000 that will be returned when the contract is finalized and if all goes well with the rental.
There is also one month security deposit that the landlord will hold and from which the energy bill will be discounted at the end of the lease.
Water and high speed internet are included as well as cable TV.

THE SECOND BEDROOM WILL INCLUDE TWO TWIN BEDS. There is only one bed in the picture but there will be two twin beds.
