The location was brilliant and the room exactly what was described. Very good value for money for singles or couples. The area is safe - people are friendly.
I did not know where the key was and had to call a number. I walked around quite a bit to find the address, which was not easy to locate. You need to make it clearer where the keys can be found. The host wrote in Greek, which I had to translate with Google. That was not very convenient.

Small and cozy appartment. Exactly what you need for your stay by Athen's coast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cafe next to to the appartment is a nice addition.

Noisy at night. the bed was not comfortable at all. We were constantly harassed by the neighbours for parking. At night, people were having drinks two feet away from us ( there is a cafe/bar right next to the room) as we were sitting in our towels on the little patio. In general it was not worth 58€. Way to much for what it offered.
