Sunshine Apartment

Location of the place is amazing, very close to all restaurants, cafes etc, very close to the beach. Also, half an hour from Poseidon temple in sounio and similar distance to vouliagmeni lake. The room is spacious for 1-2 people, AC working perfectly, hot water easily managed with boiler switch, small kitchen useful, there is also washing machine. The owner was helpful and flexible with the check in and check out.

Even though the location and space are good, it has quite a few drawbacks as a place with major one the shower room, the extractor fan doesn't work so it's impossible for the room to dry. The shower itself is really small and the curtain was all over me when I was trying to shower. Also, it is heavily used, the water doesn't fully go away and there are so many marks and even mold in some spots. Humidity was the biggest drawback, it was hard to dry anything in the room ( I didn't try to hang anything in the balcony), so a humidifier would be possibly a good solution. The towels had the smell of mold when left overnight to dry so didn't feel clean enough. Other smaller bits that could be improved: - pillows were pretty flat - no socket next to the bed - the door does not lock from the inside - fridge was not clean - there was no soap, even for the hands - no extra toilet paper? (or didn't seem to spot it) - it is not possible to fully open the blind as everything is visible from the street (possibly a thicker curtain would do the job) If the humidity and shower bits are improved though, it would be ok in my opinion. At the moment I'd recommend for a couple of nights max similar to my stay.
