About this house rental
The independent apartment on the second floor of a building. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and the other Jacuzzi, a large kitchen complete with everything and a living area with a large wooden table (which can accommodate up to 8 seats) and chairs, satellite TV with foreign channels and double sofa bed, a living room with a sofa and two armchairs and finally a small studio with the possibility of adding two beds. The house, complete with all comforts, is fully air conditioned. The area is well connected by the Cumana railway (trains every 20 minutes to Naples or Pozzuoli) and by buses to the sea which is 6 km away with discos and beach clubs and its beach parks. It is about 6 km from the Port of Baia with connections to the Ischia, Procida and mini-cruises to Positano and Amalfi. In the surrounding area you will find various services including pharmacy and ATM and typical food shops (delicatessen, dairy, bakery, fishmonger etc ..) while the nearest supermarket is about 3 km. Area well served also by pubs, trattorias, ice cream parlors and restaurants where you can taste the local delicacies. In addition, the Santa Maria delle Grazie hospital is only 3 km away. Just 3 km from the archaeological excavations of Cuma, The Temple of Jupiter and Nero's Tomb and about 5 km from the Aragonese castle of Baia. It is about 20 km from Capodichino International Airport. The owner, who lives in the adjacent building, is available for any information, request or advice.
Pets are accepted upon contact with the owner to establish the nature of the same and the amount of the supplement.
On request, for a surcharge, we provide a set of towels to be used throughout your stay.
On request, paying an alternate and prior agreement with the owner, a parking space is available in a private garage, self-managed.
Possibility of providing a cot for children, subject to timely notification and supplement payment.
If there are other requests, please contact the owner for the feasibility of the same.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 arrivando da lontano per un matrimonio. Linea treno Cumana a due passi, ristoranti e panettieri nei paraggi deliziosi, casa spaziosa e accogliente con ampio terrazzo, cucina completa e bagni puliti. Base perfetta per visitare la zona Flegrea e le sue isole.
