The Belvedere apartment is an overnight stay apartment for 7 people on the first floor with private garden and barbecue and is located in the Santa Lucia farmhouse (Farmhouse DIVIDED INTO 7 APARTMENTS) in the Crete Senesi area just 12 km from the center of Siena.
The Belvedere apartment is a 130 sqm apartment on the first floor comprising a large living room with fireplace, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, television; two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. It has a terrace overlooking the courtyard and a private garden with table and gazebo for outdoor dining. Outdoor barbecue.
The Santa Lucia farmhouse is immersed in the Crete Senesi just 12 km from the center of Siena, it is an ancient farmhouse divided into 7 apartments, finely restored respecting the environment and the ancient peasant architecture.
The Santa Lucia farmhouse also has a beautiful swimming pool overlooking Siena and the Crete Senesi features AVAILABLE TO ALL 7 APARTMENTS OF THE FARMHOUSE.. The swimming pool is certainly open from May 15th to the end of September, before and after depending on the weather conditions.
Recommended for a relaxing and cultural holiday.
The farm, in addition to the swimming pool, has sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing.
On request for free we give a camping cot for baby.
The Santa Lucia farmhouse is suitable for those who love living in contact with nature and for those who love an independent holiday in an apartment. Furthermore, the proximity to Siena makes it an ideal place to visit this beautiful city. In the farm there are some cats.
The Santa Lucia farmhouse is located in the Senese Crete with a view of Siena but, at the same time, in a strategic area as you can easily reach the tourist places of Tuscany and Umbria by car.
In just one hour by car you can reach Perugia, Florence and Grosseto; in 45 minutes Arezzo, Pienza, San Gimignano, Montalcino and all the Val d'Orcia and Chianti, in 15 minutes we are at the Terme di Rapolano and in just 15 minutes by car we are in the center of Siena.

Fell in love with this Tuscan paradise. Views for miles, peaceful, easy to get to. Host was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to questions or concerns. We will definitely aim to stay here again to explore more of Tuscany

Absolutely stunning views. We had a couple of minor Deficiencies but the owner was very responsive and handled them right away. Good spot for exploring hill top towns. This is a rural location. Nice options to sit out and enjoy the views.

This beautiful accommodation was one of our highlights while traveling in Italy for 2 weeks. The views are absolutely spectacular, the accommodation was beautiful, clean, well stocked with the necessities. The owners were above and beyond helpful, letting us in early, giving excellent directions on how to get to their location, etc. I highly recommend staying here.

Whaw 360° great views around the beautifull house. Top pool with views on Siena. Super clean appartment. Daily cleaning around the house and pool. I recommend this place for all who is looking for a quit stay in the middle of Toscany!
