Heerlijk, van genoten.

Prima appartement met een heel fijn terras en achter kun je ook nog een grote mooie tuin in met leuke bankjes/stoelen. Locatie prima te belopen naar regiobus of sunliner. Heerlijke wellness onderin. Appartement am burgsee wat wij hadden bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers die via de gang verbonden zijn, pasje nodig voor de deur. Voor ons met kinderen van 8 en 10 prima. 2 badkamers dus ook, en woonkamer. Wel kleine keuken, maar je kan prima wat eten klaarmaken. Lekkere grote eettafel, ook buiten. Heel vriendelijk personeel, broodjesservice. Handig ook inclusief de summercard. Leuk de tafelvoetbal in gezamenlijke deel. Ik zou dit zeker aanraden aan andere gezinnen en zelf terugkeren als we deze kant opnieuw op zouden gaan.

Als de wellness ook in de ochtend open zou zijn zou ideaal zijn. Nu van 16-20. Mag ook best een uurtje langer in de avond.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor skien

Mooie moderne appartementen. Goede bedden en warme douche. Appartement Kaiser Max ligt aan de achterzijde en daar wat minder zon. Appartement Am Burgsee heeft een mooi terras dat ook in de winter heerlijk in de zon ligt. Am Burgsee heeft dan wel als nadeel dat de 2e slaapkamer niet direct met het appartement verbonden is. Vanuit het complex kun je lopend naar de skilift dit is ongeveer 10 minuutjes of je kunt mee met de gratis groene hotel skibus. Let wel op want het kleine zwarte busje met Am Burgsee erop is niet voor gasten van deze accomodatie. Bij de skilift zijn er lockers die je mag gebruiken dat vonden wij erg fijn. Er zijn diverse goede restaurants op loopafstand in de omgeving en er is een broodjes service voor het ontbijt.

Wij hadden 2 hondjes mee waar we 15 euro per dag per hond voor moesten betalen. Normaal is dit zelf 20 euro per hond maar we kregen iets korting. Dit is alsnog relatief veel geld. Helaas kwamen we er op de laatste dag pas achter dat er blijkbaar voor ons complex een speciale honden uitlaatplek was. Dit was ons niet verteld bij inchecken. Ook is het misschien goed om te vermelden dat als mensen met een hond boeken dat in het hele skigebied een muilkorf plicht geld voor honden in de lift en in de metro van Serfaus. En dat je ook voor je hond een apart kaartje voor de lift moet aanschaffen. Dit nog niet eerder mee gemaakt in Oostenrijk en kan de kosten behoorlijk opdrijven. In het appartement zelf is het verplicht om afval te scheiden wat we zelf ook erg toejuichen maar dit was erg lastig omdat er maar 2 hele kleine vuilnisbakjes stonden weg gestopt in een klein keukenkastje. Dat maakt het scheiden erg lastig. Ook een nadeel was dat in appartement Kaiser Max er geen raam opengezet kan worden in de slaapkamer met het stapelbed. Alleen de deur kan open wat niet veilig voelt voor de nacht.

De keuken was klein en helaas geen oven in het appartement.

Wunderschöne Appartements in idyllischer Lage

Sehr schöne Appartements, direkt neben der Burg und dem Burgsee. Zum Lift in Ladis sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Einen Ski-Bus kann man aber auch nehmen. Von der Unterkunft aus wurden Locker am Lift zur Verfügung gestellt. Das war superpraktisch!
