Leave all of your worries behind and retreat to the stunning white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Vista Del Mar has unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning shoreline. Take in the view while relaxing in the shade of your private, covered balcony or while unwinding in your spacious living room. Our condo rental offers all of the comforts of your own home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a pay washer and dryer on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The secondary bedroom, you will find 2 twin beds. The living room has a pull out sofa bed - able to sleep 1 or 2 guests. Our vacation condo will comfortably sleep up to five people, making it an incredible choice for a group vacation with friends and family.
Wake up each day to the sound of waves gently falling against the shore, and let the sound lure you downstairs. Take a short walk down the beach boardwalk in Fort Walton Beach and sink your feet in the sand.

The condo was great. It has a great view of the ocean. We enjoy sitting out on the balcony. The condo had much of everything that you would need to live in the condo. I would stay here again.

Great Ocean/Beach View and access. Clear and timely communication. Great place to stay. Great deal for the cost. Will return for sure!! Cannot beat the white sand beach (like baby powder) and clear water (like bath water 5 ft plus visibility). Quite uncrowded area! Very private feel! Thanks for everything Kim! You are the best!!

Kim’s condo on the 3rd floor of this cute 9 units building was fantastic Of course, the wide open view is stunning even from the living room. The balcony was very protected from wind so we were cozy even in colder days. We stayed in December. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were just right for us. Everything was clean and functional. The building is right behind the dune, so direct access to the beach. Loved the Fort Walton area. Found good restaurants. Just Stewby’s a few miles up the road was very good. You can’t take your dog on the beach, but we found plenty of places and activities to do with her. Kim was a perfect host, very responsive and accommodating. We’d love to say again.

We fell in love with this spot the minute we arrived. So thankful for the balcony with the perfect view of a perfect beach. As you can imagine, the crowds were crazy over the holiday weekend, but our little oasis wasn’t. We enjoyed the beach without hordes of people, and were close enough to all the activities when we wanted to get into the “action”. The unit is perfect- 3rd floor is the best. The kitchen has everything we needed, and everything was spotless and bright. We sometimes travel with our dogs, (but not this time) and we are often disappointed with dog-friendly options, because of the smell, or shabby upkeep. This unit was neither shabby nor smelly! We can tell that Kim takes great pride in her condo and we are grateful that we were able to share in her paradise for a short time. Bonus, the restaurant next door (Beachview) just opened and it has great breakfast, lunch and bottomless mimosas! Yay!! Thank you,Kim, we can’t wait to come back!!

This is the upper west unit with awesome views of the gulf on the private balcony! We had such a great time staying here! The beach is literally only a few steps away & many fantastic restaurants are very close by. If you need groceries Publix is only 5-10 minutes away depending on traffic on Brooks bridge. We truly loved this place & can't wait to come back! In addition, the owner made everything from check-in to check-out extremely easy & painless....thank you!!!! Karl & Cindy

Loved this condo, it was perfect for us! Very clean, great sized bedrooms and bathroom and excellent ocean view from the balcony. Easy & very good communication with the property owner/manager. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was in a great location & worked well for us and our 2 teens. We loved being on the 3rd floor for the view (thankfully it's not on the 1st floor where the dunes block your view). Kitchen was well stocked with cook ware etc. Beds were comfortable - however furniture in living room could use replacing. Warning: this is a dog- friendly unit BUT dogs are not allowed in beaches across the entire county. Our fur baby was fine just hanging out though. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay. Owner was very quick to respond and solution-oriented.
