Great hotel in an excellent location. Close to the metro, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I highly recommend it.
The hotel could benefit from some modernization. The TVs and air conditioning units are quite old and could be upgraded to enhance the guest experience.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. They were always ready to help with a smile and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from multiple bus stops and the metro station. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
