the owner is really nice, the breakfast was very good considering the low price we paid, I like that the place has more trees and because of this the room temperature was very pleasant, we didnt need the fan.
the hot water in our family room was not working but the owner told us this in advance and offered us another room but we kept that one because it was bigger. he also opened another room for us to make sure we were able to get hot shower. It was a bit incovenient but still we enjoyed.

Amed was a very friendly and accomodating host and his staff were friendly too.
The location is not ideal for a popular beach destination like Nungwi
