Kamin funktioniert nicht! Alles ist dreckig. Toilettenspülung funktioniert nicht richtig. Die Heizung ist draußen so laut am klackern, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Bei der Anreise waren noch die Essensreste von den Vorgängern auf dem Boden. Es gab nicht ein Besteck, was keine Essensreste vorweisen konnte. Das komplette Haus ist so schlecht beleuchtet, dass man abends kaum was sehen kann. Die meisten Einrichtungsgegenstände die man im Internet sieht, sind nicht mehr vorhanden (Bilder, Teppiche….) Ich wurde noch nie bei einer Buchung so enttäuscht. Auch der Service ist eine reinste Katastrophe!!!! Usw…usw…. Als man uns nach unzähligen anrufen abwimmelte, mussten wir den Urlaub abbrechen. Novasol und Booking.com konnten auch nicht vermitteln.
