Beautiful vacation home with wellness factor.
The house is located in beautiful surroundings near the city, not far from the forest and the beach and in the immediate vicinity there are large, shared green areas with playground, pétanque and beach volleyball court. Here you will also find a marina with its own boat ramp. The house is located in Graasten, not far from the castle. From here you have not far to the cities of Aabenraa, Sønderborg or Flensburg, which are all worth a visit.
Nature is a chapter in itself, with many opportunities for hiking and biking all year round. Anglers will find perfect conditions in the Flensburg Fjord, and there is a fish training ground at the marina. Golf lovers are not far from Benniksgaard Golf Center, an interesting golf course located in a historic and protected nature area in Rinkenæs on the Flensburg Fjord.
Only 300 meters from this vacation home is a child-friendly Badeland. There is a café and restaurant at the Badeland.
There are reeds growing at the bathing water, but there is a bathing jetty leading into the water.

Es war gemütlich und sauber, einzig die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, die Betten schon etwas durchgelegen und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt.
Küchenausstattung war sehr gut, Sofa bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich, Sauna auch.
Stromkosten sind durch die Elektroheizung im Winter (und Saunanutzung) allerdings hoch.....
Sehr ungünstig ist, dass man den Schlüssel bei Novasol in Sonderborg holen und abgeben muss!
Man schaut aufs Wasser und dahinter kommt leider Industrie, zur anderen Seite geht man aber nur ein paar Minuten bis zu einem ruhigen Naturstrand mit schöner Aussicht und einem wundervollen Wald mit langen Spazierwegen.
Spielplatz, Schwimmbad und der gesamte Ferienpark sind sehr gepflegt.
In Gråsten gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte. Das Schloss samt Park und Gärten ist sehr schön.
Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.
