Beautiful views and a beautiful property

The view is incredible. We watched an amazing sunrise from the roof terrace and also at night did some star gazing. The property is in a beautiful location, the pool was wonderful and lovely and clean. I would recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the area. Great facilities for a family.

Lovely spot

Clean, comfortable, great pool, good location if you have a car, well equipped kitchen

Would have liked if air conditioning was in every bedroom (one of the rooms didn't have AC so we slept in the sitting room instead). Also needed mosquito netting or screens on all windows. Couldn't open windows as mozzies were everywhere!

Peaceful relaxing with stunning views

The outside area is really nice, very private garden with an amazing pool and sea views 😀 The villa inside is traditional and has everything you need for a great stay The location for us, did require that we drove as it’s in the hills and has quite a lot of steep stairs. If you have mobility problems you would struggle. The area is so quite and peaceful we had such a relaxing stay

The only downside for me personally was that I couldn’t walk to local amenities, we needed to drive. Only 10 mins away from everything you need though by car

The villa was lovely and the views are amazing . The real bonus is the private pool which is great !

Its probably just a bit too far to walk into calpe itself.There are a couple of bars and restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute walk and a beach within walking distance but bear in mind its quite hilly ! If you have a car it is definately easier

The roof terrace and dining room have fabulous views and overall is a nice accommodation.

It requires a bit of TLC and some rooms suffer from mould. The pool never got cleaned in the entire of our stay!!

GREAT VILLA WITH GREAT HOST!

We spent one week in the villa and what a great time we had!. It has a beautiful view and although it was raining the whole week, we enjoyed it a lot as the house has good internet, tv and the kitchen was great. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable, but best of all was the attention of Spartak. He is a super host and was 24 hours available and when we needed something or we asked him any question about the area, he responded within minutes. Nothing for him was too much of an effort. I would love to go back in summer and enjoy the swimming pool and I will surely return! For those who want a relaxing time, a great view, to be close to everything like shops and beaches and who want a great host who is looking after them, this is a villa you must visit.

Las fotos no son realmente como es la casa

La villa está muy bien en si y tienen muchas cosas y detalles que te dejan como vino. Las camas muy cómodas y las almohadas también,además la piscina es grande y lo de alrededor de la piscina está genial. Lo mejor es que puedes ir con tus mascotas

El patio que hay al lado de la casa no tiene casi luz no se puede jugar a las cartas,no se ve nada....la casa tiene muchas escaleras y además la ubicación es fatal hasta que llegas y la playa está muy lejos y además está lo de fuera muy dejado y en la barbacoa tampoco hay luz.. Además la cochera es pequeña

Todo muy bien aunque la cantidad de mosquitos era bastante molesta... no repetiremos por ese motivo.

Las vistas espectaculares el precio a pagar la llegada en coche, calles estrechas, curvas y cuestas.

Estupendo fin de semana. Casa equipada con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Nos han permitido entrar antes y justo antes de salir de viaje nos ha pillado el apagón de luz. Se nos ha permitido salir el día siguiente sin coste adicional, interesados en todo momento de nuestro estado. Nos han traído hasta velas. Los detalles de bienvenida, perfectos. Anfitrión atento en todo momento, contestando a nuestras preguntas, super amable. Encantados. Repetiremos. Gracias!

We hebben er genoten!

Locatie met uitzicht, zeker vanaf het dakterras (zie foto), super. Spartak was heel flexibel aangezien we met vertraging aankwamen. Heerlijke villa met leuk zwembad, iedere ochtend een duik genomen in het toen nog erg koude water (medio april), we hebben er genoten! Zwembad, buiten eten/borrelen, buitendouche, bbq. Fijn.

Met name de meubels/buitenbedkussens en matrassen in een slaapkamer zijn wat verouderd (er zijn twee slaapkamers), tegeltjes in buitendouche laten los (maar een buitendouche was luxe op zich). Het huis bestaat uit twee delen, het onderste deel (waar de wasmachine nu staat) wordt verbouwd na het seizoen. Lekker rustig nu, maar straks met twee appartementen in een gebouw ben ik benieuwd hoe dat gaat.
