Perfect stay at the best location

Perfect location close to the train station. Very clean and organized. We arrived early around 12 and they immediately did check-in and gave us our rooms. The food and coffee served at the restaurant was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The young lady with short blond hair was the best waitress, very kind and always available for orders and calm and polite. The whole experience worth the price for sure. It was also not very touristic location so very calm and nice area to relax/ski/sledge.

Sauna! Peaceful. Good sleep. Superb location for train access.

Ahh the proper sauna! Peaceful, clean and comfortable. Comfy bed and linen. Highly recommend for skitourism. Right next to train station, but it didnt bother at all.

The service people were a bit lost, but everything was sorted in a friendly way.

Overall pleasant with clean and modern facilities

The room and bathroom was very nice and good size. Facilities are very clean. Restaurant with nice menu. Breakfast buffet, included in overnight price, was nicely presented and generous

Location of hotel was right next to train station and room looked over the tracks. However with windows closed noise was negligible

Great stay with many points of interest around

The hotel is located next to the train station of Küblis and thus is easily accessible and connected to Klosters, Landquart etc. The room was comfortable and very quite and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed the day we arrived but we ate there the second night. Highly recommended! Perfect dishes!

The bed mattresses were a bid soft for our taste.

Unfortunately almost no staff members know English (and we don't know German), some know a little Italian/Spanish Room (#7) unfortunately a bit noisy, especially if you are a light sleeper: it faces directly above the Kublis train station. Trains run quite often (great for Swiss Railways, less so for room guests). The shower is very nice and very large, but unfortunately it is at floor level (no steps or barriers): a very convenient thing to get in and out of, but unfortunately disastrous if (as happened to me during a shower) 1) the drain is not cleaned well and 2) the water cannot get out of it. The result: a few millimeters of water is enough to come out onto the floor and flood the whole bathroom (as mentioned, no barrier between the shower floor and the bathroom floor). I had to personally clear the "debris" from the drain, otherwise the water would never be able to drain. I think this problem relates to the following point. We stayed for a week, and twice our room was not cleaned or refurnished. The first time we (politely) reported the problem, but three days later it happened again: we asked how it could happen two days out of seven: it was explained to us that the cleaning person "was alone" and "barely speaks German." I understand the difficulties of the tourism industry in this post-pandemic period (summer 2022), but I would like to suggest to hoteliers not to dump them on the people (us customers) who are helping them to restart (paying full rates but with poorer services).

Exceeded my expectations

On the second week of August we spontaneously decided to go to mountains and many hotels / apartments were fully booked. One of the options left was Terminus hotel in Küblis. It was a perfect stay! If you come by public transport, train station is just 100 meters away. If you come by car, the hotel has a spacious parking. It has even a charging station for electric cars. Despite of close proximity to the railway station, sound proofing is very good, we did not hear any trains in the night. The hotel and grounds is nicely decorated. Our room had everything we might have needed. The bed was very comfy. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. We had an amazing dinner! I particularly recommend pork schnitzel! I do not remember, when I eat so tasty schnitzel!.. My wife ordered fish dish and it was also very nice. Portions are big! All personnel is attentive and pleasant. Check in and check out were very fast. Breakfast is plentiful and diverse. If you look for a not very difficult hike or activities for kids, Madrisa would be one of the picks.

Very good

It's a good place to stay for a night if you're visiting that area. For example the Landquart outlet. You need to be aware that if you arrive late at night you must have a code to retrieve the keys from a safe box, otherwise you won't be able to get in. I liked the electric car's charge station up front the hotel (paid). Rooms are big and chalet's wooden style.

There was not even a courtesy bottle of water available or fridge inside the bedroom so you must bring your own liquid to drink during the night or just rely at the fresh and drinkable water from the bathroom. Breakfast is just fine. Variety of fruits could be better.

Very nice breakfast.

Very good value. First room they offered me was probably occupied by a smoker before me and i was able to smell that. They gave me another room which was nice. The rooms are not very quiet but are very convenient to go skiing in Klosters (1 min. to train that drops you of right in front of parsenn or madrisa cable cars). Everyting very clean.

Great hotel but too noisy

Very clean large room with a great shower. The restaurant is good and the staff were very friendly.

It was warm at night and with no AC, we would have liked to be able to sleep with the windows open. It was unfortunately not possible due to the noisy location (road noise and trains). The rooms need better sound insulation because we were kept up by noises from the room above as well.

Only german, romanche or english speaker, but you're on the german part of Switzerland, so french speaker you needed to speak english fluently

Great place to visit the region

Very practical near the station and nevertheless quiet. Modern and comfortable room with large bathroom. Breakfast was delicious served in a nice dining room. We had very like this hotel and it was the cheapest of our holidays.
