- location was great (close to everything we need like metro and train stations, grocery/supermarkets, restaurants)
- clean and comfortable
-daily free breakfast
- our room was cleaned everyday
-good view of the city from our window
- had some issues with the toilet when we arrived, but the staff fixed it immediately

The view was great, especially since we could see the ships docking in the port nearby.
We had also a lovely view of the Duomo just like in the pictures.
We also enjoyed the breakfast even if it was a bit to sweet for us. We balanced it out with personal purchases of prossutto and cheese.
The toilet seat was a bit to high for me and my kid so it was a bit uncomfortable, but we managed.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and further afield, being very close to train and bus stations. The views from the balcony were fantastic.
The facilities and service were great and the breakfast, delivered to your room at a chosen time, was just right to start the day. I didn't even require lunch as it kept me going until the evening!
