Friendly, attentive staff. Went above and beyond for us. Great location for what we needed, check out at 12 is ideal. More hotels should have this sort of check out time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially in the restaurant), a big plus for that. Good and cheap meals in the restaurant. The hotel has a small gym with good quality machines, it's a pity that the simplest equipment like barbell etc. was missing. Good amenities in the room, I got water every day, which I really appreciated. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Very poor Wi-Fi connection, practically useless in the evening hours. No one at the hotel speaks English, causing communication problems for foreign guests. Parking in the afternoon was often busy. I was not satisfied with the laundry service, I received wet clothes in plastic bags. The cleaning staff knocked on the room several times despite the hanger on the doorknob not to disturb, it was strange.

The stuff are kind; however, as whole city English conversation is a little bit challenging. The breakfast and cleanness are over my expectations.
My room was a little bit small due to the size of closet and bed. It was hard to move properly. Further, there was a problem regarding room light.
