La ubicación, y sobre todo la anfitriona (Catherin). Desde meses antes pendiente de nosotros, ayudándonos con las reservas del barco, de las excursiones, pendiente de la hora de salida para asegurarnos la plaza,....la mejor anfitriona que he tenido nunca. Además te va a buscar al puerto con un quad para llevar las maletas (el alojamiento está a 100 metros del puerto, pero con suelo de piedras, y una cuesta, así que sí, el carrito se agradece). El sitio está cerca de la playay del sendero que une a otras playas.
La vajilla es de plástico, y las norma de la casa de no entrar calzado estarían bien si el suelo estuviese muy, muy limpio; que aunque está limpio, los pies o calcetines se manchan. Los colchones necesitan un cambio, más que por incómodos, por los efectos de la humedad que los deteriora.

Cathy is een geweldige host! Ze kwam ons ophalen op het strand met de Quad. De bagage en de kinderen konden zo mee de heuvel op naar het huisje. Cathy staat altijd klaar voor advies en kan alle excursies voor je regelen als je dat wilt.
De accommodatie is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (behalve TV). Alle kamers hebben airco en de keuken is goed uitgerust. Het huisje is centraal gelegen in Drake Bay met winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Ook het strand is dichtbij 100 meter met een trapje de heuvel af.
Voor ons was het geen tegenvaller maar wees je ervan bewust dat je midden in het dorp zit dus dat er af en toe een motor, auto of ander motorvoertuig langsrijdt.

Es war einfach, aber die Betten waren klasse. Am tollsten ist aber die Gastgeberin, die so freundlich und hilfreich ist. Sie hilft dir komplett bei Buchungen, angefangen bei Transport mit dem Boot und Parkplatz bis zu jeglicher Tourbuchung. Ein Schatz!!!
Der Wohnbereich ist wenig einladend.

Comfortable house in excellent location. Close to boat ramp (to and from Sierpe and to Corcovado NP) and restaurants. Just 10 mins walk to start of the bug lady Walk starting point (which is highly recommended). Three lovely bedrooms with fan and AC. Fully equiped kitchen. Don’t hesitate to book this place.
Close to a dusty road, but everything is in Drake Bay.
