Take the Taormina bus from Giardini Naxos train station to Maison Blanche bus stop which is immediately outside the property.
Buses run uphill to town and downhill to Giardini, Catania or in the other direction to Isola Bella beach.
We had a warm welcome from our fantastic host Giovanna who offered us a welcome drink of Prosecco.
Our room was spacious, with good air conditioning, Wi-Fi, complimentary bottled water in the fridge replaced each day - and like all the rooms had a private terrace with breathtaking views out to sea (the sunrise over Isola Bella was particularly impressive - see photo).
Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit and pastries as well as eggs cooked to order and served with those same amazing views as from the terrace.
Giovanna was such a nice and helpful host.
There was nothing to dislike about the property.
It should be noted that all of Taormina is on a steep hill, so if you decide not to take the bus into town it is a vigorous and hot walk with lots of steps - or an unbelievably expensive taxi.

It was like walking into heaven. The room was spacious and comfortable. The View from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The owner and the staff couldn't be any nicer. I loved everything about it.
