It didn’t quite meet our expectations, but we managed.

We had to stay in Konz for three weeks. Since an apart would be more comfortable, we searched accordingly and chose this place based on the reviews. There are two spacious rooms on separate floors and many household items one might need during a stay.

There is no air conditioning. The first week was very hot, and staying on the upper floor — which is the attic — was impossible. There are no insect screens on the windows, so as soon as you open them, various bugs come in. Even when the weather normalized, it was still difficult to sleep because the small window makes the room stuffy even at 23–25°C. The Wi-Fi is very weak, constantly disconnects, and gives a “not secure” warning. Bed linen and towel changes are done only once a week at the earliest, which was very challenging in the heat. Although items such as soap and toilet paper are listed among the supplies provided by the facility, we were told they were only provided at the beginning and we had to supply them ourselves afterward — although they did give us a little extra. No cleaning is done. We requested a vacuum cleaner and cleaned the place ourselves. If the listed amenities are only provided at the beginning, if there is no cleaning service, and if bed linen and towels are changed only weekly, then these things should be clearly stated in the description. In summary, it may be fine for a 3–5 day stay, but I would not recommend it for longer stays.

Volop genoten van de mooie natuur en de fiets en wandelmogelijkheden

De locatie ligt in een rustige omgeving met volop wandel en fietsmogelijkheden. Daarnaast ook volop mogelijkheden om gezellige en mooie dorpjes en steden te bezoeken

Op loopafstand weinig restaurants of terrasjes. Met de fiets wel goed te doen.

L'appartamento pulito, cucina fornita di ogni utensile, luminoso, spazi ampi: il nostro era suddiviso su due livelli nel primo c'erano il bagno la cucina e la camera matrimoniale, al piano di sopra una stanza ampia con due letti singoli. La casa era in un paesino poco distante da Treviri immerso nelle vigne: pace e tranquillità. La padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile.

En skøn oplevelse for sind og sjæl.

Personalet var yderst imødekommende og gæstfrie. Meget hjælpsomme med forslag til gode udflugter m.m. Lejligheden ligger skønt ud til den smukkeste natur omgivet af skønne vinmarker så langt øjet rækker. Der manglede ingenting i lejligheden, alt var i meget fin stand og ren. Vi kan klart anbefale stedet til alle, der elsker natur og ro.

Velmi milá a vstřícná hostitelka, čisté, prostorné a pohodlné ubytování blízko cyklostezky. Prostor na uložení kol, nákupní a stravovací možnosti v Konzu. Velmi klidné.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei sehr netten, hilfsbereiten Gastgebern verlebt.

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir konnten ausgezeichnet schlafen. Für die Fahrräder gibt es eine abschließbare Garage mit der Möglichkeit zum Aufladen der Akkus. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, mit Blick auf die Weinberge. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt der Fahrradweg, zum Start für sehr schöne Radtouren. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen !

mooie fijne vakantie alles aanwezig en zeker niet te duur

rustig gelegen appartement eigen parkeerplaats, fietsen goed en makkelijk op te laden en te stallen in garage, mooie keuken met van alles meer dan genoeg, ruime badkamer,leuk balkon

App aan doorgaande weg. Die was deze weken drukker vanwege omleidingen. Vrachtwagens 's morgens vroeg vlak langs het huis.
