access to the hotel and to the room with a magnetic card.

No parking for my wheels, uncleaned coffee maker with a strong musty smell, no heating in the bathroom, unclean dishes, no bath towel or shower mat on the first day. In the evening, the fire alarm kept going off by itself in the 4th-floor hallway and no one was there to turn it off! Probably a malfunctioning emergency lighting system. Radical change of environment... it feels like being in Bamako...+ French TV: that's sucks !

The pictures feom Booking is from 2 years ago as the property informed me, when I requested to receive the same room as I booked on booking. The room was very dirty and no clean, we asked to give as a clean room as the one we booked and the inform us that all rooms are the same. I do not recommend! The manager didn’t pick up the phone to me or booking when was called.

The location is good. The place is so old and could do with some renovation. The toilet was leaking and going in bathroom in the cold was not fun.

The Location, near train station and shops

The floor and bathroom very dirty and disgusting. You have the impression it has been washed for weeks. I am a frequent traveller but this is one of the worse I have seen. The manager of the hotel is not doing his job properly, he/she needs to do more. For the price it doesn't really worth it.

I would go back. The staff are excellent. It's cozy but everything you need is there.

The area I was in was great. The staff was the most wonderful I have ever had at a hotel. They were exceptional. From pleasent greetings to trying to understand my language to helping me make the most of my stay. I loved that there was a large window bringing in light and air.

The breakfast was not worth what the amount to pay for it was. The room was not very clean, I had to clean somethings myself. The room is small with not much moveability. I kept banging into a door or a the window.

The most NAUSEATIC 🤮 establishment I've ever wasted my time, money and energy to stay in. In big need of refurbishment. Everything is zero starS and this place shouldn't have a 3 stars as it's very misleading in people's search. Photo in the site DO NOT REFLECT THE REALITY. Please Booking upgrade your list of consumers and most of all visit those establishments to ensure they align with the standards required/expected by customers. Please if you were given room 115 DO NOT TAKE IT...THE MATTRESS COVER IS FILLED UP WITH BLOOD AND URINE SAME FOR PILLOWS. Thanks goodness I always carry along my personal bed sheets and pillow cover. Kindly always check the beddings before you agree on sleeping in any of hotel rooms in general. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FILTHY PLACE...PLEASE GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY ELSEWHERE 🤮🤮🤮🤮😡😡😡

Le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas . La vaisselle était sale et pas de liquide vaisselle. Très décevant. C’est ma deuxième fois que je choisi cette établissement. Pour le coup très décevant. Dommage j’ai pas pensé à prendre des photo pour montre la vaisselle sale à mon arrivée.

La propreté! Très sale! Pas de nettoyage avant mon arrivée! L’équipement étaient abîmés et rouillé! Déçu de mon séjour. J’ai même pris des photos car je n’y croyais pas à se manquement au niveau hygiène et propreté.
