Sehr schöne, liebevolle ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, im Erdgeschoss. Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig, eigentlich alles vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Spiele und Bücher für Kinder sind auch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es könnte etwas gründlicher gereinigt werden, besonders diese schöne Terrasse bräuchte eine gründliche Reinigung.

Fewo Hooksiel

Das Wohnzimmer war sehr Modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung war ok.

Die Weg Beschreibung auf dem Gelände, zur Wohnung war sehr umständlich und verwirrend ( Östlich, Südlich wer hat schon einen Kompass dabei😉 Die Küche war Alt und Teilweise schlecht bzw. mit unnötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Alte Lebensmittel im Schrank ( Nudeln, mit Weißen trockenen Rändern ) Offene Packungen usw.

Hooksiel ist eine Reise wert aber bei einem anderen Vermieter.

Ruhige und gute Lage der Wohnung im Erdgeschoß. Praktischer Zugang über ein Gartentor.

Achtung!: Inkompetenter Vermieter, nicht in der Lage mit Medien umzugehen, Email usw. Kommunikation mit Vermieter äußerst nervenaufreibend. Erst kurz vor Anreise Vertragsbestätigung mit um 10% erhöhter Preisforderung (Genius Rabatt wird vom Mieter gefordert) sowie Forderung einer Kaution. Rückzahlung Kaution – kein Problem, aber zu viel gezahlter Betrag trotz Zusage nicht erstattet. Günstiger Preis in Booking wird damit durch die Hintertür eines separaten Vertrages wieder aufgehoben.
