Amazing property, fantastic location and brilliant hosts!

The property was in a fantastic location, close to a beautiful beach and very easy to get into Split and Omiš. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave lots of useful information. The room was very clean and a good range of facilities available.

The only change we would make is that our bed mattress was quite hard and a little bit uncomfortable.

Loved it!!!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights on our Croatian road trip and we absolutely loved it! The villa is just a couple of minutes from the beachfront where we had some lovely swims with perfect sunsets, there were plenty of restaurants. The pool area with sunbeds was also perfect. We even had a coffee machine at the pool area (free for guests)which made excellent coffees. Everything was spotless and really comfortable. Sanja was so kind and helpful, she gave us great recommendations on where to go and where to eat which made our holiday even better. The bus stop is right nearby, so we easily went to Split one day and to Omiš another – super convenient. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

perfect vacation

We love to travel, so we are in different locations every year, we like different places, but we definitely come back to this place. Comfortable room, not so big but we have everything we need. Perfect beds, great air conditioning, big TV. The terrace in front of the room is great for relaxing. We chose this place because there are no children here, it's a really quiet place. The pool is something special, very clean and well maintained, we love it. Free mini bar by the pool at any time of the day, perfect. We will come back again.

Perfect location

Sanja was lovely. She took the time to speak with us, let us know where to go, transport, restaurants and trips and then whatsapp the details. Looked after our bags on first and last day of our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely place to have a relaxing holiday by the beach

- Lovely, quiet & relaxing property. - The pool is very nice (although a bit cold) and the sunbeds are very comfortable. - The garden is really beautiful and always kept spotless by the gardener. - There were a couple of convenient stores nearby, one of which was even open in Sunday. - 3min away from the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance. - Possibility to do laundry - The AC was working well and cooling the room efficiently. - The studio was very clean.

- The room was a bit small, and is missing a full length mirror (which could be easily added on the bathroom door for instance) - The bathroom was bare minimum: no place to put products/toiletries (not even in the shower), no hangers for the towels, no toilet paper holder. Small improvements could make a significant difference in terms of comfort and practicality. - Having a water cooker in the kitchen would make it more convenient.

This villa is absolutely stunning. The apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay. The outside area was absolutely amazing with a fantastic swimming pool and gorgeous gardens. There are plenty of sun loungers and beds so we always had a choice of where to sit if we fancied a day around the pool.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this villa.

Nice and clean, friendly host, close to beach.

Clean and comfortable; nice towels and pool towels provided. Great balcony and lovely pool area (coffee maker by the pool is a nice touch). Dipping pool good to cool off. Not beach-front but could see the sea a bit around the building in front. Private free parking. Very friendly host, on-site, helpful and quick response. 3-min walk to beach and small market; although 30 min to Split old town (and difficult parking there) Safety lights in hallway - they’ve put some effort into making it nice.

Cash payment makes it very difficult (exchanging or ATM withdraw in Croatia charges 15% loss to the exchange rate plus fees). Expensive - although not unique to this place - obvious high demand for Croatian coast - and they seemed full, so fair enough. Advertised a washing machine, but there was not one. Kitchen not rally suited for cooking (no provisions like oil or salt - it’s more a hotel than a “home”, which is fine, just that style).

Spotlessly clean, spacious room with own balcony, hot shower, massive and cosy bed. We love the laundry room, perfect. Host was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We are definitely coming back.

Absolutely one of the best apartments we have had the pleasure of staying in, the attention to detail both inside and out the apartment was truly amazing, beautiful pool area with free coffee and only a short walk to a great beach and restaurants, bus stop over road so easy access to Omis or Split, i personnel feel for what we got for the price it was remarkable, i doubt you would be disappointed in this place 😁,

Near the beach. Good, communications. The bus comes every 30 minutes. There are gocery stores nearby. The host was very helpful.

The nearby ATMs charge some nasty fees, avoid them! Wifi was kinda slow. Only 2 working english speaking tv channels on the TV.

Great hotel in Podstrana. Rooms are spacious and super clean with a balcony. The pool area is lovely. Water is clean. Plenty of sunbeds and free coffee. Location is good, approx. 20min by bus from Split and 100m from the beach and a few restaurants. The owner, Sanja, is very helpful and answered any questions we had. We were able to get late check-out since it was still out of season. Loved our stay and would gladly come back again!
