Apartment Tanita No.1 is located in Podstrana, a small tourist destination near Split. What makes this apartment special is the fact that it's the first house along the shore and it has its own cove. The beach is a combination of fine sand and pebbles and it is ideal for families with kids and older people because entering the sea is easy as the slope is mild. Also, if you prefer, you can choose to use loungers and sunshades, and there is a private outdoor shower. Combination of design, interior as well as exterior, in combination with lights creates a nice and comfortable ambient easy to enjoy. This apartment consists of spacious 'open space' concept that has a living room and kitchen with all the electronics, two bedrooms with big double beds and two separate bathrooms. There are also a free wi-fi and one parking space that are available. You can opt for walks on the beach where you have a bar and a restaurant only 30 m away. The nearest market to shop in is 300 m away, as is a bus station that connect Split and Omis in both directions. Airport is 27 km away. A spa and wellness facility and tennis and golf course are 1,5 km away.
Apartment is only few steps away from the large and spacious beach on the beautiful adriatic sea. On the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas so you can spend all day on the beach.

This is a delightful apartment that provides beautiful views from inside and easy beach access. The clean rooms are generously spaced and a full two bathrooms makes life easier, particularly in the mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, utensils, plates and glasses . . . and even some “starter” coffee. Thank you! The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for items you may have brought (or bought.)
The apartment is beautifully located on the side of a hill, which provides wonderful views throughout the day. A series of steps into the apartment (10) and onto the beach (43) are well lighted and have helpful handrails.
Of particular note is the excellent communications with the host. He quickly responded to texts, proactively offered restaurant and tourist advice and was helpful in his recommendations.

This apartment was great for a family reunion with a small child. Spacious and well equipped- it had everything we needed with the beach on your front steps and the beautiful sea views. The local area was great with nice bars and restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful with arranging last minute airport transfers and showing us around. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at these seaside apartments! The location is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the sea right from the property. Our whole family, grandparents, parents, and our toddler under two, truly enjoyed every moment.
One of the highlights was the lovely playground area, complete with a friendly tortoise that delighted the little one. The space felt very family-friendly and safe.
The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had a small issue with the WiFi when we arrived, but he resolved it very quickly and made sure we were comfortable and connected.
Overall a peaceful and scenic getaway.
