The very friendly and helpful staff keep the facilities very clean, which is imperative when sharing a bathroom with others.
Although this is not the responsibility of the staff, my very small room has a window looking at a wall. If you are sensitive to small spaces, ask about a larger room or a room with a window.

The place was great, metro station 2 minutes away, bus stop 2 minutes away, we had dinner at "El Desván", which is a block away at it was pretty good. I'd say it's an optimal place for staying, the only reason I give it a 9 is because of the price, while it's fair compared to other hostals/airbnbs, I think prices in general are so inflated just because...
Everything was good, we had a coffe machine in the room, great shower, air conditioner, confortable bed...

Really enjoyed my stay here! The hostel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location was great and made it easy to get around. I'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

For a shared bathroom + toilet it was kept very clean. It was comfortable.
Trying to enter the communication wasn't easy. I think it needs better signage.
