About this house rental
Sought-after neighborhood in Shaver Lake. This prestigious home is located in the Musick Ridge subdivision; this home has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2.5 baths. Musick Ridge is the newest subdivision closest to the Village of Shaver Lake. The interior was recently painted, and the floors on the upper level were replaced. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a double futon. The 2nd bedroom has a king, and the 3rd has 2 queens. T-Mobile wifi & Apple TV. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!
The open great room includes vaulted wood ceilings with recessed lighting, wainscoting, and a very efficient wood stove mounted on a custom granite hearth. The kitchen features ample countertops, oak cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and wood floors. The sliding door in the living room opens up to the large deck, perfect for BBQs in our cool Sierra summers. The laundry room is just off of the two-car garage. No pets allowed!!! Newer central air and heat. AC is needed in July and August. Again, this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!

We rent a house every summer in Shaver and this one was a great spot. The home was super clean and comfortable. The fun part is in the evening you can walk to a rock (they call it the happy rock) in the back of the property and all the neighbors get together to watch the sunset.

This is a great cabin with plenty of room and different spaces for multiple families. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the owner (missing trim, cabinets shelves falling) and amenity issues (no soap or shampoo provided in the showers). Other than that, it’s a great spot for a stay with family or friends.

We loved the location and spacious driveway. The layout of the cabin was perfect for us. We especially loved the spacious kitchen and great room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed! Great experience!
