My friends and I just stayed at Bungalow 109 and we had a great experience. Evan is a professional host.
The home was thoughtfully designed for entertaining. The kitchen is large with a huge island and it opens up to the deck. We cooked a lot and Evan provides tons of pots/pans/plates etc for you to use.
The home is very clean and new feeling. Beds were super comfortable.
The home is also in prime location - easy access to shopping, liquor store, the ferry etc.
I will 100% be staying here again this summer.

This is such a stunning house in Ocean Beach, Fire Island. The location was perfect- halfway in between the town and the ocean side beach as well! The setup outside with the grill, pool and large table was great for a group. The bedrooms were lovely, everything was spotlessly clean, and the host Evan was super responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!
