Чистенько, тепло, зручно, у туалеті підігрів підлоги, є стоянка під цілодобовим відеоспостереженням, ресторанчик

Готельний комплекс. Видно з дороги. Все нормальне, чистеньке. Ліфт знаходиш з одного боку а виходиш з іншого) Персонал не говіркий, все по ділу. Присутні ресторан і бар, парковка за забором біля покинутої будівлі. Багато діточок бо біля входу присутній дитячий майданчик і батут))Номер скромний, тісний, ванна кімната для худеньких або двох вже дуже тісно. Сантехніка бажає кращого бо тече душ, ліжка закріплені то не обєднаєш в одне. Чайник, фен видають по запиту. І страшний жах курити не можна ( Балкону немає. То прогулянки на вулицю будь ласка) В цілому на одну ніч норм. Ще обіцяють що на території Магнум відкриється скоро термальні води і басейн, все в процесі будівництва.
Тіснувато в номері, парковка за забором, курити на вулиці. Шум машин, дітей
