The overall rating for the accommodation was very good 8.0, which is absolutely appropriate mark. The operator received a negative rating for an unpleasant situation caused by him when he accommodated us in another apartment on the day of arrival. The next day he came running and started shouting at my family that they had to move to another one immediately, that there was no time, that it had to be now. It was very indiscriminate, it caused us stress. We didn't have a problem with moving, but with the way he forced us to move, he just yelled at us that it had to be now and now.This negative experience was not remedied by an additional apology, beer and chocolate. When you go on holiday, you don't expect them to be rude to you at the property. I took this fact into account in the evaluation and received further gross abuse and threats of blacklisting from the operator.

Perfect location if you are here to have a swim in the see or if you plan to do some hiking in the mountains.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the see. The people who look after the apartmenents are great, Very kind and helpful.

Nice place, big room, helpful owner

The owner is very friendly, invited us for a welcome drink. We left there a kid shoe and he sent to Hungary:))) We surely go back again:)

excellent service, the Manager was super nice and attentive. We were able to discuss and accommodate any needs. Convenient location, spacious place, warm water and place.

wifi was not perfect, mattress bit soft but manageable.

10 minute drive from the Nassfeld ski center.

It was clean, comfortable property. Basically, it is situated at the foot of the mountain. Spectacular view to the Presseggersee ... well partly, because our apartment was on the 1st floor. The host was friendly, the neighborhood is quiet.

There were no dishwasher machine, I missed this a bit, but all in all it was O.K.

Exceptional

The apartement was spacious, fully equipped and clean. The manager of the Haus Dual was friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking space in front of the building l. To dry up your ski boots you can use a convenient heater in the basement. The Nassfeld ski resort is only about 15 minutes by a car (unfortunatelly using a ski bus is not possible due to the location of the Haus Dual). All in all, we were satisfied and we could recommend the accomodation.

The sofa in the living room was really uncomfortable.

Schöne Woche am Presseggersee

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Perfekt war die Nähe zum Bahnhof und See.

Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse wäre gut.
