The house was perfect for our small family of three and small dog. It is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Check in was easy and the host is very accommodating.

Only issue with house was check in, I was looking for a VRBO check in email and host sent directly thru his. No big deal, host was super nice and helpful!

After checking out I talked with the owner regarding the issues we had. Some were temporarily beyond his control and the others are being addressed. His concern for the quality of our stay was genuine. House has real 70's charm. A/C worked great. Pool lanai area is super relaxing. Very convenient to Honeymoon and Dunedin. Not needing to run out and buy paper towels, TP, etc. was a nice touch.
