About this house rental
Mission: Rooted in family values and community spirit, The People’s House at 115 Talley Drive aims to create memorable moments for guests looking for a minimum of 21+ day stays.
If you're a snowbird, travelling nurse, in the process of remodeling your house, training for a new job, extended vacation, work remotely, want to get away, family needs, or whatever circumstance, this is the place for you!
Experience a cozy and clean stay located in a central location. This fully licensed and insured rental home is designed for comfort, community, family, and repeat guests.
Our Story: I bought this property from my mother who moved to a smaller residence because of all the things a house requires for upkeep. Initially I planned on working remotely with my job and staying down here for a good portion of the year. Some unexpected positive life events happened with a new addition to the family. So, my fiancé and I decided to create a BNB mid-term rental property.
115 Talley Drive is new to the VRBO site and may have missed some essential items for you. Meaning if you don’t see something you think we should have, just shoot me a text and I can have Amazon deliver next day.

o The Office – Private workspace with natural wood desk along with an attached bathroom walk-in shower with grab bars. Queen memory foam bed.
o Shark Room – King memory foam bed with 65 inch tv.
• Brand new memory foam beds, fresh linens, and towels for every guest
• Fully equipped kitchen with standing island, blue crab theme, and coffee/tea bar.
• Brand new pot and pans, coffee grinder, microwave, and more.
• Washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric stove, blender, spices, and cookware.
Outdoor Features:
• Florida Room – screened patio with plenty of space to dine for 12 people or leisurely lounging.
• Brick patio with exotic plants (birds of paradise, palms) etc. Sunbathe, relax, enjoy the solar tiki torches, or grill some tasty bbq.
