Welcome to By the Vines, a beautifully maintained and fully equipped home in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nestled against the vineyards of Joseph’s Estate Winery, this stylish and spacious retreat features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-concept family/game room, and a serene private backyard oasis – all designed with your comfort in mind.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SINGLE-NIGHT BOOKINGS
All single-night bookings are subject to owner approval and incur a $100 CAD surcharge.
This fee helps offset the cost of professional cleaning and other fixed expenses and is NOT included in the price quoted on this platform. It will be requested as a separate payment after booking.
You must contact us prior to booking a single night stay to obtain approval.
If approval is not granted or the surcharge is not paid within 24 hours of the request, you must cancel the booking.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of any fees paid.
We kindly ask that you reach out before booking a single night to avoid any confusion or inconvenience.

This was the perfect home for a friends’ weekend in NOTL. The location is excellent, close to many amenities, restaurants, and the Shaw Festival theatres. The house is open and comfortable, cozy and spacious. Next time, we would like to stay in the spring or early Fall when the weather allows us to use the beautiful backyard, and fire pit. Our group of 5 was fully satisfied with the accommodation.

The spot was perfect. Close to so many wineries and so easy to get to. We were in for a family wedding and this home was exactly what we needed. Space enough for all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. The backyard is amazing. The entire place was so comfy and homey. Can’t wait to stay here again. Scott was the perfect host, so nice and quick to reply. Thanks for such a memorable weekend.
