    Location is very good. Three minutes walk from JR Fukushima Station and five minutes walk from underground. You can also walk to the west exit of JR Osaka station in around 10 to 12 minutes. Room size is sufficient for two people but quite tight if you need to manage two suitcases. Bathroom is not too clean with dark spots between wall tiles. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants locate in the surrounding area.

    Overall: It’s okay to stay, especially if you get a good promotion. I stayed one night in a semi-double room and paid *** under a special promotion. Room (8/10): The room size is good for two people, and the view from my room was nice. Compared to typical Japanese hotel standards, the room felt relatively spacious. Location (10/10): Excellent location. The hotel is right next to Fukushima Station, which makes transportation very convenient. Cleanliness (8–9/10): Clean and well maintained. No unpleasant smells. Facilities / Building (7/10): The building feels a bit old and dated, but everything is functional and acceptable. Staff (4-5/10): The staff were polite and professional, but the service felt more neutral and business-like than warm. I travel frequently in Japan and usually expect a higher level of attentiveness and hospitality, even at mid-range hotels. While nothing was rude or inappropriate, the service did not leave a strong impression or make me feel particularly welcomed. Hotel Rating: The hotel is listed as a 4-star property on Google. Based on my experience, I would personally rate it closer to a high-end 3-star hotel. That said, at the promotional price I paid, it offered good value. Would I stay again? Possibly, if the price is right — but not specifically for the service experience.
