Good value clean and tidy

No soap dish in the shower, but they said they would fix this up.

Access to fishing, friendly staff and guests, great value, and comfortable

Close to airport, but the noise was less at night. So its just if you have a nanna nap in afternoon

Very disappointed to be overcharged around $400 , when I questioned this with the staff member on duty I was left feeling belittled . This person was not interested in listening to me and when I tried to show them my email correspondence from River retreat I was told that my email was irrelevant as what was on there screen was correct. I was also repeatedly told that it was Booking.com fault as well as my own. As it turned out I was right regarding my booking and the price i should have been charged. As far as i am concerned the staff member on this occasion was caught out trying to rip me off and instead of just apologising and admitting they were wrong continued trying to lay blame on others except themself.

I loved the location - right next to the river

the airplanes kept flying over during takeoff - late into the night. The Bed was very nice but the accommodation was run down and the aircondition was very loud and inefficient
