Everything was great! Location, accomodation, reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaning personnel, underground parking... The food was great (fresh, tasty, various sortiments for breakfast and dinner). Jacuzzi and sauna facilities are great. Everyone was kind and polite and made our stay at this location to be excelent. Thank you!

Nice renovated hotel close to the Cave baths. Full food options, pool, jacuzzi, gym, playroom and bar onsite.

Playing at the playground may be lethal if your child falls and hits the concrete barriers.

Nice-looking rooms, water pool, and saunas - all were really nice. We appreciated the tasty meals, as well as the coffee - it was really good!

The waiters were showing us that we are not Hungarians and especially one of the waiters ignored us all the time as we were not immediately ready to tell him our order of drinks. The receptionist was also quite unpleasant to us, from the time we showed our passports. He even rejected to provide us with additional information about the nearby spa - direction and opening time. In all cases, we were fluently speaking to them in Hungarian. The receptionist showed us that we are "not welcome in Hungary" like we would be their "enemy". We were four, 2 from Slovakia and 2 from Canada, and such behavior was pretty unpleasant to us.
